Boston Gateway Marina Website

Logo designed by the eponymous Shaun Power, who has since left SPD to go riding on his motorbike! Fortunately before he left, he recommend us to his friends at Boston Gateway Marina, who asked us to design and build their website. The website was built in May (too early in the season for us to do a photo shoot due to ‘techy-lighting’ issues), so to launch the site, we maxed out on iconography, created a simple, stylish map to give the venue context, and went bold and punchy on the design for this totally local, yet totally professional website. We can’t wait to see their new photography, as the marina is an idyllic and beautiful spot for any boating enthusiast!

As with all our websites, this site is ‘responsive’: which means the layout responds to whatever screen size it is viewed on: desktop, tablet or mobile. Built in WordPress, the client can easily edit and add images and text, not only to the blog, but to most areas of the site. Before we build a site, we discuss with our clients the areas they need to edit and provide training to ensure they are fully up to speed with how their site works and functions.
